Korach: Models of Leadership

Posted by Mike Feuer on June 20, 2017
Topics: Pardes from Jerusalem, Korach

Korach is held up by the Sages as an archetype of negativity, and yet his descendant Shmuel redeems the truth in his challenge to Moshe. In exploring the relationship between Korach and the prophet Shmuel we can touch on models of leadership and find inspiration for justifying his claim that the entire congregation is holy.
