Wrapping up the school year is an important part of the flow of the school year. This google doc gives practical help and ideas that you can use and is broken down into three separate goals/purposes, any two or all three of these goals could be integrated into a single activity/assignment.
A lot of the suggestions here could be combined with one another, or single parts/steps of an activity could be done on its own.
